About Us
Targeting Functional Cures for Immunological Disorders

Who We Are
We are a precision immuno-engineering company targeting transformative therapies for patients with significant unmet needs across allergic and autoimmune diseases.
For patients with IgE-mediated allergic diseases, persistent symptoms remain common, and approved treatments that directly target Immunoglobulin E (IgE) are still limited. CUE-221, our lead asset for allergic disease, is a novel anti-IgE antibody with a dual mechanism of action, currently in Phase 2 development.
For patients with autoimmune disease, we developed the Immuno-STAT® platform, designed to engineer therapies that selectively target disease-specific T cells in vivo without broad immune modulation. CUE-401, our lead autoimmune asset, is a bifunctional IL-2 and TGF-β program advancing toward Phase 1 development, designed to regulate inflammation and drive Treg-mediated tolerance.
